Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc

The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 7 March 2019, 650,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 74.5 pence per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 17,333,614.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 230,686,714 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 248,020,328. Each share has one voting right.
