SZ Testsysteme AG, in Amerang near Wasserburg, increased its turnover to approximately EUR 60 million in the past 2000/2001 business year (30th September) as compared to the EUR 38.6 million seen in the previous year. The test systems manufacturer for the semiconductor industry thus achieved turnover growth of more than 50 percent.
