Februar 2000. Die SZ Testsysteme AG, Amerang bei Wasserburg, hat im 1. Quartal des Geschäftsjahres 1999/2000 (30. September) mit 12,6 Mio. DM den höchsten Quartalsumsatz in der Firmengeschichte erzielt. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum entspricht das einem Wachstum von 2,6 Mio. DM oder knapp 26 Prozent. Das ist um so beachtlicher, weil in diesem Quartal die Produktion umzugsbedingt drei Wochen stillstand. Zugleich wurde der Auftragseingang von 7,5 Mio. DM auf 21 Mio. DM gesteigert. Das Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit beträgt 1,0 Mio. DM. Als EBIT ergibt sich ein Betrag von rund 993 TDM (Vorjahr: -112), das EBDIT liegt bei rund 1,8 Mio. DM und damit mehr als dreimal so hoch als im 1. Quartal 1998/99 (556 TDM). Amerang, 4th February 2000. In the first quarter of the 1999/2000 business year (to 30th September), SZ Testsysteme AG in Amerang (near Wasserburg) achieved a turnover of 12.6 million DM – the highest quarterly turnover in the company’s history. This is a growth of 2.6 million DM or about 26 % over the figures for the previous year. This is even more remarkable when one considers that the move during the quarter prevented production for three weeks. At the same time, the order volume rose from 7.5 million DM to 21 million DM. The profits from normal business activities were 1.0 million DM. The resulting value for earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) was roughly 993 kDM (previous year: – 112 kDM), and the EBDIT was about 1.8 million DM, or more than three times as large as in the 1st quarter of 1998/99 (556 kDM).
