The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Transfer to the Frankfurt Geregelter Markt confirmed for 23rd September Following their announcement on 4th September, Rhein Biotech announced today that the Deutsche Börse has confirmed the transfer of its listing from the Neuer Markt to the Geregelter Markt. The last day of trading at the Neuer Markt will be 20th September and the new listing on the Geregelter Markt will commence on 23rd September. As previously communicated, the reason for the change in segment is the takeover of Rhein Biotech by Berna Biotech AG on August 1, 2002.
