Citing differences of opinion, Mrs. Wick is leaving the Company and on an interim basis. Bill Holwell, Vice President Finance of Brainpower, will be acting CFO. Mrs. Wick stated, “Brainpower has excellent prospects and an enviable position in the private wealth management sector with state-of-the-art financial software and extensive customer base.
