He takes over the seat of the departed member, Wolfgang Brandt. At last evening’s constitutive meeting of the supervisory board, Mr. Erik Wolff was named to the Managing Board as sales and marketing director. The previous sole Managing Board member, Christian Pusch, takes on responsibilities for development and administration as Managing Board chairman. Mr. Wolff’s last position was vice president, strategic alliances for Brokat AG, Stuttgart.
