Company Description

REIT "Super Borovets Property Fund" was established at the founding meeting on 06.04.2006 and registered by Resolution No. 3715 of 26.05.2006 of the Varna District Court in Company Case No. 1977/2006.

REIT "Super Borovets Property Fund" is registered as a joint-stock company with a special investment purpose to invest the funds raised through the issue of securities in real estate (real estate securitization) through the purchase of property rights and other rights in rem to real estate registered land plots, construction and improvement works on them with the aim of providing them for management, renting, leasing, leasing and/or selling.
