"Rodna Zema Holding" AD is a joint-stock company incorporated on 03/10/1998 by the Burgas District Court after the restructuring of activities of the privatization fund "Rodna Zema" AD according to the regulation of Art. 277 of the Commercial Code by resolution of the general meeting of its shareholders of 02/28/1998. The purpose of the conversion by infusion is to improve Rodna Zema Holding AD's capital position as a company with significant potential for future development. As a result of the transformation, a merger of companies with a similar field of activity, including the assets they own (mills, greenhouse complexes, real estate, etc.) and the achievement of a synergistic effect of activity was achieved.
