Description

On the January 6th, 1901 on the initiative of the most renowned men, richer salesmen and craftsmen from Nikšic, Founding Assembly of the first savings institution in Nikšic was organized. It had been the first banking institution in the Montenegro and one of the first stockholding company, whose goals have been to develop and support savings and to promote trade and the work in the country, by issuing credits with more favourable terms. Bank has been privatized in 2006, when the old name- Nikšicka banka has been replaced with the new – Prva Banka Crne Gore - established 1901, since its goal is to, with its progressive vision, stable foundations, and the first of all competence of the personnel, overcome the local character and become the leading bank in the Montenegro, and soon to join to the banking markets of neighbouring countries.
