Company Description

The Premier Fund is a special investment vehicle and was incorporated on January 11, 2006. Varna District Court entered the company by decision No 635 of 27 January 2006. The license of Premier Fund REIT to perform activities as REITs was issued by decision of the Financial Supervision Commission № 245-ДСИЦ from March 29, 2006.

The object of activity of Premier Fund REIT is the investment of funds raised through the issue of securities in real estate (securitization of real estate) through the purchase of title and other real rights on real estates, construction works and improvements in them in order to provide them for management, rental, leasing, lease and / or sale.
