Joint stock company “Port of Adria”, Bar was founded by the restructuring through a separation with the creation of a new society which was adopted by the Assembly of shareholders of AD "Luka Bar", Bar 4.09.2009. year. “Port of Adria” Bar, is registered to perform the following activities: unloading, and loading of various goods, storage of goods; unloading, container loading, filling and emptying containers, full service container (cleaning, washing and repair), packing, repacking, weighing goods supply vessels with electricity, water, telephone lines.“Port of Adria”,covers an area of 518,790 m2 and about 80% of the territory of the former Port of Bar, a trans-shipment capacity is 2 million tons. Company has 14 gantry cranes (capacity 3 t and 20 t), container crane capacity of 40 tons, container forklift, a large number of open and closed warehouses and other facilities in the port area.
