Nexponor is a real estate fixed capital investment company (SICAFI), incorporated by public subscription appeal, which commenced operations on May 9, 2013, heterogerated by Fund Box - Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento Imobiliários, S.A. (www.fundbox.pt) and is considered a collective investment institution endowed with legal personality, which takes the form of a fixed capital limited liability company. Placed with eight Portuguese banks, a public holding company and the AEP, a chamber of commerce and industry founded in 1849. First Portuguese fund in corporate form. Listed on NYSE Alternext (ticker: ALNOR), it was the first public offering on Alternext Lisbon and the largest placement on Alternext in Europe in 2013. NEXPONOR's placement was awarded the 2014 Euronext Lisbon Award in the "Financial Innovation" category.
