Description
Miton UK MicroCap Trust PLC was a UK-based investment trust focused on investing primarily in the smallest companies by market capitalisation quoted or traded on a UK exchange. In March 2025, the company's board put forward proposals for a reconstruction and voluntary winding-up. Following a shareholder vote, trading in the company's shares was suspended in April 2025, and joint liquidators were appointed in May 2025 to oversee the process. Shareholders were given the option to roll over their investment into the Premier Miton UK Smaller Companies Fund or to receive a cash exit.
