Lustica Development a.d. Tivat

Luštica Development AD Tivat is a subsidiary of Orascom Development Holding AG. Luštica is developing a fully integrated touristic destination (Luštica Bay), on the Montenegrin Adriatic coast with a commitment to creating and operating a healthy and sustainable resort environment, whereby conomic, ecologic, and social aspects are balanced in the framework of every decision-making process. Luštica is conducting the development on a Land Bank of around 6.9 million square meters situated in the Trašte Bay along the Luštica peninsula. Luštica Development AD has a listing on the Stock Exchange of Montenegro.
