LEWAG Holding AG, founded in Berlin in 1873, has been a public limited company since 1900. The shares of our company are admitted to official trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange. In 1993, LEWAG Holding AG was established in its current form as a management and financial holding company for medium-sized companies. Two years later, the company's headquarters were relocated from Berlin to Beverungen in eastern Westphalia. Our corporate goal is to permanently strengthen the market positions of our portfolio companies, for which we provide the basis as a financially strong, listed stock corporation.
