Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) is a construction company dedicated to real estate development and specialized in medical homes, serviced residences and eco-districts. The wood technique is more and more at the heart of our projects (development of eco-districts). LCB offers you a global construction service: from the feasibility study to the delivery. LCB provides complete project management. It brings its expertise in general and specific engineering and project analysis. It develops and implements strategies for commercial projects and then manages the construction site before handing over to the client.
LCB endeavors to favor the short circuit in the choice of materials and suppliers and in the call for tenders to local stakeholders.

The company benefits from the know-how of a team with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Our turnover in 2020 was more than 5 million euros.

Since 2011, it is 8000m² realized and more than 30 000m² by 2025.
