The Sarajevo 10 Index (SASX-10) is the main index of the Sarajevo Stock Exchange in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a benchmark stock market index that tracks the performance of the 10 most traded stocks on the exchange. The index is a price index, meaning that cash dividends are not reinvested. It is widely used as a gauge of the overall performance of the Bosnian stock market. The constituents of the index are reviewed every six months to ensure that they remain representative of the Bosnian stock market's performance. Like other stock market indices, the Sarajevo 10 Index is viewed as an important indicator of the country's economic health and overall investor confidence.
