As part of its financial services, the Company offers medium-sized cash loans to retail customers and small businesses. In 2013, as a result of the merger, the Company acquired four entities listed on the New Connect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The purpose of the merger of the Companies is to create one entity with accumulated financial resources sufficient to conduct business on a significant scale. The combination of the market know-how possessed by the Companies will allow to achieve synergies, both operational and financial, which will benefit both the Shareholders and contractors of all the Companies.
