The Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE), established on March 4, 1993, is the principal financial marketplace in Belarus. Initially founded as the "Interbank Currency Exchange" by 18 commercial banks, the BCSE has evolved to support a wide range of financial instruments including currency, securities, derivatives, and government bonds.

The BCSE operates in multiple currencies, primarily the Belarusian Ruble (BYN), but also facilitates trading in major foreign currencies such as the US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Russian Ruble (RUB), and Chinese Yuan (CNY).
