ESI, an acronym for ''Energy System Integrator'', operates as an EPC in the construction of large-scale photovoltaic systems offering turnkey solutions and as a System Integrator in the design and construction of rural mini-grids, particularly in Africa. ESI Spa was established in 2018 through the sale of a business unit specialising in civil works and construction of photovoltaic systems. Since October 2020, ESI has been listed on Euronext Growth Milan (formerly AIM Italia) managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.
