Crnogorski Telekom is the principal provider of telecommunication services in Montenegro..Crnogorski Telekom operates as a separate company from the end of 1998, until which it was a part of PTT Montenegro. The company was privatized in 2005. The majority owner is HT holding doo (76.53%), the remaining shares are publicly traded. By September 2006, the Company provided its fixed telephony and Internet services under the common brand T-Com, as well as mobile telephony services under the T-Mobile brand. The company is part of the T family of Deutsche Telekom AG and its major stakeholder is a subsidiary of Deutche Telekom AG - a Croatian Telekom, whose 100% ownership is HT holding doo.
