About Cool Company

In early 2022, CoolCo was spun off from Golar LNG Ltd to establish itself as an independent entity, solely dedicated to owning and operating LNG Carriers and managing FSRUs. Today, we are a pure play LNG shipping company, concentrating our efforts on utilizing our extensive industry experience and expertise to meet the evolving needs of our customers. The backing from EPS places us in a strong position to seize emerging opportunities for growth and expand our operations. Our fleet consists of 29 LNG carriers and FSRUs, with 13 LNG carriers being owned by CoolCo in 2023. We take great pride in our unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability, employing approximately 1,550 colleagues across the land and sea.
