It primarily provides senior secured loans, including first and second lien debt, to private U.S. middle-market companies. The company's investment objective is to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, capital appreciation for its investors. Its portfolio targets companies with annual EBITDA between $25 million and $75 million, providing capital for growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and refinancings. To a lesser extent, the company may also invest in unitranche loans, unsecured debt, and equity.
