Company Description

Burelle SA is a holding company majority owned by the family of Pierre Burelle, founder of Compagnie Plastic Omnium. Created in 1957, it was listed on the Lyon stock exchange in 1987. Its mission is to control its subsidiaries and to participate in defining and implementing their development policies.

Burelle SA has three subsidiaries
Compagnie Plastic Omnium, which is 59.35%-owned, holds world leadership positions in automotive equipment, including intelligent body systems, clean energy systems and modules. A promoter of sustainable mobility, it offers solutions to reduce vehicle emissions.

Burelle Participations, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is a private equity company.

Sofiparc, also wholly owned, is a real estate company.
