Agatos Srl, now Agatos Spa, began operating in 2004 as an authorised agency of Enel Energia Spa. In the following years Agatos Energia Srl was created, developing its activities in the field of design, construction and maintenance of energy plants from renewable sources, proposing energy efficiency solutions and investing heavily in research into new technologies.

Agatos optimises energy use processes, limiting waste, and self-production through the use of low environmental impact technologies such as photovoltaics, LED lighting and micro cogeneration.

With the reverse takeover of TE Wind, already listed on the AIM Italia market, managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, in 2017 Agatos is listed and also enters the mini-wind sector, aiming to position itself among the most important players in EPC-Engineering, Procurement, and Construction, Asset Management and energy efficiency in the sector.
