# Messa a disposizione della relazione della società di revisione relativa al resoconto intermedio di gestione consolidato al 31 marzo 2025

## Filago, 06 giugno 2025

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" o la "Società"), tra i principali operatori europei nella produzione di superfici decorative per pannelli nobilitati e del flooring utilizzati nel settore dell'interior design, quotata nel segmento Euronext STAR Milan ("STAR"), organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., rende noto che in data 05 giugno 2025 la società di revisione BDO Italia S.p.A. ha emesso la propria relazione sul resoconto intermedio di gestione consolidato al 31 marzo 2025.

La relazione è stata messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società in Filago, Via Provinciale 2, sul sito internet della Società (www.neodecortech.it, Sezione "investors/corporate-governance/bilanci") e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "1info" al sito www.1info.it.
