Stavanger, 6 June 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement  

by Moreld AS ("Moreld" or the "Company") on 20 May 2025 regarding the annual  

general meeting held the same day, where it was resolved, among other things,  

to change the Company's legal form from a private limited liability company to  

a public limited liability company (ASA) in connection with the contemplated  

transfer of the Company's shares from Euronext Growth Oslo to Euronext Oslo  

Børs.  

  

The conversion of the Company's legal form and the accompanying name change to  

"Moreld ASA" have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business  

Enterprises.
