### **Szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Grupy Kapitałowej AFORTI – maj 2025 r.**

Zarząd AFORTI Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: "Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości szacunkowe dane operacyjne i sprzedażowe Grupy Kapitałowej AFORTI za maj 2025 roku.

1) Wymiana walut na platformach online

Wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut w maju 2025 r. wyniosła ok. **81,50** mln PLN oraz była niższa o **18,33%** w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku.

W ujęciu narastającym, po pięciu miesiącach 2025 roku łączna wartość obrotu na platformie wymiany walut osiągnęła poziom ok. **232,67** mln PLN, co oznacza spadek o **59,76%** rok do roku.

2) Zlecenia windykacyjne

Wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych w maju 2025 r. wyniosła ok. **21,44** mln PLN oraz była niższa o **37,75%** w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku.

W ujęciu narastającym, po pięciu miesiącach 2025 r. wartość nominalna zleceń windykacyjnych osiągnęła poziom ok. **137,24** mln PLN, notując spadek o **23,49%** rok do roku.

3) Łączna sprzedaż

W maju 2025 r. łączna wartość sprzedaży w Grupie Kapitałowej AFORTI wynosiła ok. **24,54 mln EUR** i była niższa o **23,39%** w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku.

### 4) Łączna liczba klientów

W maju 2025 r. łączna liczba klientów w Grupie Kapitałowej AFORTI wyniosła **7 740** oraz była wyższa o **1%** w porównaniu do analogicznego okresu poprzedniego roku.

## **The estimated operating and sales data for the AFORTI Capital Group - May 2025**

The Management Board of AFORTI Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer") hereby publishes the estimated operating and sales figures of the AFORTI Capital Group for May 2025.

1) Currency exchange on online platforms

The trading value on the currency exchange platform in May 2025 amounted to approximately PLN **81,50** million and was **18,33%** lower compared to the same period of the previous year.

On a cumulative basis, after a five months of 2025, the total value of trading on the foreign exchange platform reached approximately PLN **232,67** million, representing a year-on-year decrease of **59,76%.**

2) Recovery orders

The nominal value of recovery orders in May 2025 amounted to approximately PLN **21,44** million and was **37,75%** lower year-on-year.

On a cumulative basis, after the five months of 2025, the nominal value of collection orders reached approximately PLN **137,24** million, registering a year-on-year decrease of **23,49%**.

3) Total sales

In May 2025, total sales in the AFORTI Group amounted to approximately EUR **24.54** million, down **23.39%** year-on-year.

On a cumulative basis, after the five months of 2025, the total value of sales in the AFORTI Group reached approximately EUR **88,19** million, an decrease of **51,23%** year-on-year.

4) Total number of customers

In May 2025, the total number of customers in the AFORTI Group was **7.740** and was **1%** higher than in the same period of the previous year.

A table containing the reported estimates for May 2025 together with comparative data is attached to this current report.
