## **PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENT CONCERNING SHARES ISSUED BY REGOLO S.P.A.**

*Release pursuant to Article 122 of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 ("TUF") and Article 131, paragraph 4, letter b), of Consob Regulation No. 11971/1999*

*Travagliato (Brescia), 30 May 2025* – Antares Vision S.p.A. (EXM, AV:IM), the Italian multinational leader in traceability and quality control, announces that on May 27, 2025, the shareholders' agreement signed on May 27, 2020, as subsequently amended, expired by natural term. The agreement was entered into by Emidio Zorzella and Massimo Bonardi (later succeeded by Dorado S.r.l.), on one side, and Ferdinando Tuberti and Fabio Forestelli (the latter of whom had previously withdrawn from the agreement), on the other (the "Shareholders' Agreement").

The Shareholders' Agreement aimed, among other things, to coordinate the potential exercise of rights and prerogatives of the shareholders of Regolo S.p.A., the holding company of the listed company Antares Vision, thereby enabling the parties to exercise specific prerogatives over the governance system of Antares Vision.

Notice of the termination of the Shareholders' Agreement due to natural expiration will be publicly disclosed through filing with the Brescia Companies Register and by publication of a specific notice in the national newspaper *Italia Oggi* on May 31, 2025.
