**artnet is in talks with two investors regarding a potential takeover offer**  

  

**New York/ Berlin, 10 April 2025 –** In response of today’s publication of Weng Fine Art AG, artnet AG (“ **Company** “) announces that it is in talks with Art Technology Holding Inc. and another potential investor. Both investors are currently evaluating a possible voluntary public takeover offer to the shareholders of the Company with a consideration of at least EUR 11.00 per share of the Company.  

The outcome of the talks is currently open. It is not yet clear whether they will ultimately result in a takeover offer.  

The Company will inform the capital market and the public about the further proceedings in accordance with the legal requirements.
