SHELF DRILLING SECURES NEW CONTRACT IN UK NORTH SEA  

  

  

Dubai, April 30, 2024 – Shelf Drilling, Ltd. (“Shelf Drilling” or the “Company”, OSE: SHLF) announced today that a subsidiary of Shelf Drilling (North Sea), Ltd. (“Shelf Drilling North Sea” or “SDNS”) has secured a contract for the Shelf Drilling Fortress jack-up rig with a North Sea operator for operations in the UK Continental Shelf. The estimated duration of the contract is 400 days with contract value of approximately USD 54 million. The planned start-up of operations is August 2024 in direct continuation of the rig’s current contract.
