**TraWell Co S.p.A.** (Borsa Italiana, Ticker: TWL, OTCQX New York, Ticker TRWAF), azienda di riferimento a livello mondiale nei servizi di protezione, deposito bagagli, prodotti e servizi accessori ai viaggiatori, comunica che, facendo seguito ai comunicati stampa del 30 settembre 2024 e del 24 ottobre 2024, i contenuti della delibera che ha modificato lo statuto sociale aggiornato con la proroga del termine finale per l'esercizio dei Warrant "Warrant TraWell Co 2021-2024" in circolazione (ISIN: IT0005446726) per ulteriori due anni, fino al nuovo termine del 16 dicembre 2026, sono stati iscritti nel registro delle imprese e pertanto tale delibera è efficace al fine della modifica del Regolamento Warrant in riferimento.
