## **a.s.r. announces redemption of Perpetual Tier 2 Capital securities 2014**

**Today, ASR Nederland N.V. ('a.s.r.') announces the redemption of the outstanding € 119,641,000 Fixed to Fixed Rate Undated Subordinated Notes (ISIN: XS1115800655; Common Code: 0111580065).** 

The securities will be redeemed in full at their principal amount together with all interest accrued at the first call date, being 30 September 2024. The redemption will be paid from available funds.
