#### KONECRANES STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE December 22, 2010

  

KONECRANES REFINANCES EUR 200 MILLION REVOLVING CREDIT FACILITY Konecranes has signed a new EUR 200 million five-year Revolving Credit Facility with its core relationship banks. The loan will be used for general corporate purposes and it replaces the three-year EUR 200 million facility signed in April 2009. Early refinancing enables taking advantage of the favorable market conditions and prolonging the maturity. The Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Commerzbank, Credit Agricole CIB, Handelsbanken, Nordea Bank, Pohjola Bank, Sampo Bank and SEB. Nordea Bank acted as the Co-ordinating Mandated Lead Arranger and Facility Agent.
