The Bank of Åland Plc (Ålandsbanken Abp) has received a notification, pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which the amount of shares held by Ålands Ömsesidiga Försäkringsbolag in the Bank of Åland Plc as of May 14, 2019 has fallen below the 5 percent threshold.  

  

After the transaction Ålands Ömsesidiga Försäkringsbolag owns a total of 205,767 shares and thus have 1.33 % of the amount of shares and 1.45 % of the voting rights in the Bank of Åland Plc.
