Für den Inhalt der Mitteilung ist allein der Emittent verantwortlich. —————————————————————————— CANCOM IT Systeme AG (WKN: 541 910) schüttet erstmals Dividende aus Der Vorstand der CANCOM IT Systeme AG hat beschlossen, der Hauptversammlung vom 17.7.2001 die Zahlung einer Dividende für das Geschäftsjahr 2000 zu empfehlen. Der Aufsichtsrat hat sich nach Billigung des Jahresabschlusses der Empfehlung des Vorstandes zur Gewinnverwendung angeschlossen. Das Geschäftsjahr 2000 war mit einem Umsatz von 309,1 Mio. DM, einem Jahresüberschuß von 2,7 Mio. DM, einem EBIT von 5,3 Mio. DM und einem EBITDA von 8,1 Mio. DM abgeschlossen worden. Im Falle der Annahme der ersten Dividendenzahlung in der Unternehmensgeschichte durch die Hauptversammlung erhalten die Aktionäre 0,15 Euro je Aktie, dies entspricht einschließlich der Steuergutschrift Euro 0,21. Mit diesem Schritt dokumentiert das Management, daß auch in den Folgejahren von einer nachhaltigen profitablen Entwicklung ausgegangen wird. After approving the financial statements and accounts for 2000, the Supervisory Board also approved the Executive Boards recommendation for the appropriation of profits. Financial year 2000 closed with sales of DM 309.1 million, net income for the year of DM 2.7 million, EBIT of DM 5.3 million and EBITDA of DM 8.1 million. The shareholders will receive euro 0.15 per share if the AGM agrees to the first dividend payout in company history. Including the tax allowance, this corresponds to euro 0.21 per share. With this step, the management documents that lasting profitable development is also assumed for the following years.
