RTA commissioned plenum to develop an integrated marketing strategy and to implement efficient marketing governance structures. Concurrently, after having been commissioned as Lead Agency for the Dubai Metro transport project in June 2006, wholly-owned advertising agency plenum stoll & fischbach has been appointed Lead Agency for all communications and marketing campaigns of RTA. It will be the job of plenum to ensure that marketing concepts of RTA conform to the organisation’s strategy. The contract’s duration lasts until the end of the year 2007, but an annual extension was agreed. By winning this contract, plenum was able to win once more in two months against a strong international competition in Dubai and received the first consulting project in this very dynamic growth market. Being in the course of formation, plenum AG’s subsidiary in the UAE will be responsible for business development and servicing clients in the Middle East region. The company will start its first year with an order backlog of several million Euros.
