**Tipp24 SE Annual General Meeting resolves to expand Supervisory Board to six persons**

(Hamburg, 29 June 2011) The Annual General Meeting of Tipp24 SE was held at the Curiohaus in Hamburg on 29 June 2011. Approximately 68 per cent of voting capital was represented.

At the AGM, the resolutions passed included increasing the Supervisory Board from three to six persons, thereby broadening its scope of expertise. Joining Oliver Jaster and Hendrik Pressmar, who will be remaining on the Supervisory Board, are Jens Schumann, Andreas de Maizière, Willi Berchtold and Dr Helmut Becker, who were elected to the Supervisory Board. As announced in February, Supervisory Board Chairman Klaus Jaenecke will be resigning from his post, with effect from the end of the AGM.

The Annual General Meeting approved the proposals of the board of directors and the supervisory board regarding all agenda items.
