**Lloyd Fonds AG: Dr. Torsten Teichert remains for three more years CEO of Lloyd Fonds AG. Change in Management Board.**

**Hamburg, 21 October 2014.** The Supervisory Board of Lloyd Fonds AG and CEO Dr. Torsten Teichert have agreed on a prolongation of his contract for further three years until 31 December 2017. Dr. Joachim Seeler will not renew his contract expiring on 31 January 2015, because he will devote himself to political duties in the future. The Supervisory Board welcomes the continuing cooperation with Dr. Teichert as CEO. The Supervisory Board also thanks Dr. Seeler for his work and wishes him well for the future. The Supervisory Board will decide soon on the future composition of the Management Board.
