**DIC Asset AG: Supervisory Board Confirms Management Team in its Roles and Renews Board Appointments of Sonja Wärntges, CEO, and Johannes von Mutius, CIO**

*Frankfurt am Main, 04 February 2020.* The Supervisory Board of DIC Asset AG (WKN: A1X3XX / ISIN: DE000A1X3XX4) decided today to prematurely renew the management contracts and reappoint Sonja Wärntges (CEO) and Johannes von Mutius (CIO) as board members through 31 December 2023.

Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schmidt, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DIC Asset AG: “Under the successful leadership of Sonja Wärntges as CEO and Johannes von Mutius as CIO, DIC Asset AG has shown an outstanding performance over the past years and cleared significant milestones to ensure the company’s future growth. We will therefore continue to put our faith in Sonja Wärntges as Chair of the Executive Board (CEO) and Johannes von Mutius as Member of the Board Real Estate (CIO) in the coming years, and look forward to our continued collaboration.”
