Company Description

Veteks AD is a Macedonian cotton thread factory, established in 1973 as a unit of the State-owned tobacco company Nada Butnikosareva. In 1989, the company was restructured into Pretprijatie za Proizvodstvo na Predivo I Konec Veteks.

In March, 1991, Veteks AD was transformed into a joint stock company, and in May the same year, it split into two new companies – Veteks AD and Triko AD.

Veteks AD is listed on the local stock exchange since 2002. The company exports its products to the foreign markets of Germany, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Holland, France and Switzerland as well.
