Created in 2007 by the chef Franck Deville from Saint-Etienne, the company produces traditional cocktail products from the French gastronomic heritage for a clientele of high-end hotel and restaurant professionals and specialists in the selective distribution of gastronomic products in France and abroad (Europe, Saudi Arabia, China).
Franck Deville's collections of sweet mini-macaroons, sweet and savoury mini-macaroons, sweet and savoury mini-cabbages are made according to traditional recipes using high quality raw materials.
The company, which achieved a turnover of €1.1m in 2013, is growing very strongly. Since 17 November 2014, Franck Deville has been listed on Euronext.
