The organization operates with more than 100 professional and experienced staff, a material and technical base that meets modern standards, and an appropriate administrative building to ensure efficiency and sustainability in providing loans.

During the period of activity, on the basis of the regional development project, "Finoko" NBCO OJSC takes various measures to the development of financing entrepreneurship, agriculture and secured consumer loans through its branches located in Baku and Sumgayit, as well as in the suburbs of these cities and in the regions of Gazakh, Tovuz, Ganja, Goychay and Khachmaz.
