Cumulex is a limited liability company with its registered office in Diegem, Belgium. Cumulex is the former Sucrerie et Raffinerie de l'Afrique Centrale (Sucraf). Cumulex currently has no operations. In the past, the company co-owned a sugar plantation in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The board's strategy is to bring new operations into Cumulex. A reverse listing, in which a private company obtains a stock market listing through Cumulex, is among the possibilities. Cumulex will seek suitable opportunities in consultation with parties. To assess whether a company qualifies for a reverse listing, the following criteria, among others, are taken into account:
- attractive value proposition for the holders of shares and profit shares;
- profitability and earnings per share;
- perspective of long-term value growth.
