Bittnet Systems SA is a primarily Romanian-owned company, active in the IT field. Starting from April 2015, the company’s shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange’s AeRO market, with symbol BNET. From June 2020 the Company’s shares are traded on the BSE – Main Market.

We are the first Romanian IT company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the only one listed on the Main Market.

As a business integrator, Bittnet Group offers solutions and services that our customers need from initial analysis phase of design, implementation and testing resulting in turnkey projects.
