Biogena Group Invest AG

The corporate purpose of Biogena Group Invest AG is to perform the function of a holding company. This includes, in particular, the acquisition, ownership and management of participations of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad. The acquisition of participations in companies in the form of shares or interests in limited partnerships and shares in industrial, commercial and trading companies, the administration of third-party and own assets and the coordination of the management and other activities of the direct and indirect subsidiaries.

Biogena Group Invest AG currently holds 1.875% of the limited partner's shares in Biogena Group Invest GmbH & Co. KG. Biogena Group Invest GmbH & Co. KG is the controlling owner of the operating companies of the Biogena Group, in particular Biogena GmbH & Co. KG and NICApur GmbH & Co. KG.
