The Company has received notification from the Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') Trustee (Yorkshire Building Society) that on 13 May 2020 the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) became beneficially interested in the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence in the Company under the Zotefoams Share Incentive Plan as detailed below.  The shares were purchased at a price of £2.47 per share.
