Re: Correction to earlier announcement of proposed entitlement issue
It has been drawn to our attention that the announcement of the proposed entitlement issue made earlier today contained an error in the exercise price of the new options to be attached to the proposed new shares.
The exercise price of the new options will be five cents (\$0.05) each rather than three cents (\$0.03) each, as incorrectly stated in the announcement.
The third paragraph of the announcement should therefore be amended to read:
"Each new option will entitle the holder to subscribe for one (1) additional share in the Company at an issue price of five cents (\$0.05) per share at any time from the date of issue until expiry of the options on 31 October 2007."
The exercise price was correctly stated in the Appendix 3B which accompanied the announcement.
