TRADING HALT
Zenith Minerals Limited seeks a trading halt to the quotation of its securities. The period for the trading halt is up to the commencement of trading on 3 March 2011, or up to the release of an announcement to the ASX regarding the finalisation of plans for raising new capital, whichever is earlier. The Company confirms that the monetary amounts, the subject of the plans, are material to the Company.
The Company expects to be in a position to make an announcement before commencement of trading on Thursday 3 March 2011 and is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
