Zenith Minerals Limited (“Zenith” or “the Company”) advises that Anthony Hespe, the Company's Managing Director since February 2011, has informed the Board of his resignation to pursue other business opportunities in the eastern states.
Chairman Gary Comb commented; "Tony has guided Zenith (formerly Zinc Co Australia Limited) as Managing Director and previously as General Manager, since the Company first listed on the ASX in late 2007.
He and his technical team have transformed the Company with significant exploration discoveries at the Mount Alexander iron ore deposit and Earaheedy manganese project, and these projects will remain the focus of Zenith’s resource definition drilling and development studies.
The Board would like to thank Tony for his significant contribution and wish him well in his future endeavours."
